NICAS stands for National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme. The schemes are nationwide and internationally recognized development programs for bouldering and climbing.

​

Programs focus on general and climbing-specific fitness improvement, balance, and performance coordination. Suitable for ages 8 to 16, and for all levels of experience, our 10-week program engages young minds and bodies to understand and master basic movements and develop physical endurance for health improvement and well-being. We employ active fitness elements in a balanced work/play environment.
